I&#039;m more than twice your age and it&#039;s always something. Best you can do is maintenance every day: stretching, yoga, keep it consistent, respect your body and know when it needs to rest.]]></description>

You are so right about the feeling of power. Talk about endorphins! :) I really enjoy dumbbell shoulder presses to work my upper body. I really hope your hip heals up and fast!
